The Maternity Test kit contains all of the materials and step-by-step instructions to collect a buccal swab sample from the parties involved in the test. The DNA sample is collected by gently rubbing a soft swab inside the mouth against the cheek for 10 seconds. After sample collection, mail the samples back to the lab for testing using the pre-addressed envelope provided in the kit. - Step 3 - Results in 3 to 5 working days
Testing begins immediately and results are available 3 to 5 working days from the date that the samples are received. The formal documents will be delivered by mail and / or E-mail (this is specified when you order your test). Results of the test will indicate >99.9% for maternity inclusion, and 100% for maternity exclusion.
